“Death” is part of the Major Arcana in my new Tarot series which will be made into a real Tarot deck once completed.
My painting Death serves as a beacon for anyone facing transformation, change, and endings. The skeletal face of Death reveals the enduring aspect of her presence, persisting long after life has faded. She embodies strength and fierceness, unstoppable and resolute. Her white horse represents purity, while the white rose emerging from the tattoo on her arm symbolizes the purification that accompanies death. Together, these elements reflect the profound and transformative power inherent in the cycle of life and death.
