Giclee´ Print of 2026 piece “Vigil in Violet”
12” x 12”
Vigil in Violet presents a tender portait of a woman at peace, cradled by wing and wild, a black panther’s amber gaze standing sentinel as feathers unfold in the dark around her. Light spills across her sleeping form, threading through moonlit grass and shadow, suggesting a stillness earned rather than given.
This piece leans on the panther’s ancient symbolism: vigilance, quiet strength, and fierce protection, paired with the wing’s promise of grace watching over rest. Together they speak to a guardianship that asks nothing in return: the wild and the winged standing between her and the dark, so that surrender, for once, feels safe.
Place it where you let your guard down, where the day finally exhales, or where you remind yourself that rest in not retreat. Let it be the reminder that strength doesn’t always roar, sometimes it simply stays close and watches while you sleep. This piece belongs to the nights you need protecting, to the trust it takes to close your eyes, and to every soul who has ever kept watch so someone else could rest.
Prints are made in house on top quality lustre fine art paper with archival quality pigment inks.
12” x 12” prints are shipped with. clear bag rolled inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
