Beneath an amber moon, deep in a quiet forest, a woman and a dragon share a moment that words can barely hold. She rests her hands against the great curve of his head, eyes closed, drawn in close, and in turn, he curls his enormous frame around her like a shelter built from trust alone.
There is something almost impossible about it: a creature of his size, his strength, choosing gentleness. Choosing her.This piece isn't about power or myth so much as it is about comfort, two beings who have somehow found safety in one another. She isn't afraid of him, and he isn't guarded around her.
